- Johnny Ku is currently the Music Director of Taipei Philharmonic Chorus and Chamber Choir, the Music Director of Taipei International Choral Competition, and an assistant professor in the Chinese Culture University.
- He is also an executive board member of the Taiwan Choral Association, one of the founding members of the World Choral Championship, and one of the six core members of the Asia-Pacific working committee in the International Federation of Choral Music.
