CHOIR CLINIC
- 45 minutes private class with the choir expert.
- Limited participants only, admitted by the artistic committees.
- Fee IDR 1.500.000,-
- Registrations will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- Certificate of participation will be given.
MASTER CLASS
- 20 minutes master class for each participant.
- Active Participant fee : IDR 1.125.000,- / choir
- Passive Participant fee : IDR 150.000,-/ person
- Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- Limited participants only, admitted by the artistic committees.
- Certificate of participation will be given.
WORKSHOP
- Presented by selected Adjudicators or Experts.
- Certificate of participation will be given.
MEET THE JURY
- Every choir may send a maximum of 4 representatives to join this activity.
- FREE of charge.
- During the event, choir will be given time to consult and ask for review from jury about their performance.
CELEBRATION CONCERT
- The Artistic Committee will select the choirs based on their CVs and achievements to perform in front of the other participating choirs.
FRIENDSHIP CONCERT
- Participating choirs will have the chance to join in the festivities and participate in the Friendship Concert, admitted by the Artistic Committees.
- Each performing choir shall present a 10 minute programme that showcase their country’s music and culture.
SUNDAY SERVICE
- Selected choirs will be offered to join the service at local churches in Jakarta
OUTREACH CONCERT
- Choir performance in selected public places
- The participating choirs will be expected to perform for 10 minutes.
AWARD CEREMONY
- Announcement of winners all categories.
- The winner of categories will perform one song in the Award Ceremony.
GRAND PRIZE AND CLOSING CEREMONY
- The respective category winners can be participate in competition for the Grand Prize
- The Juries have to the right to nominate further choirs for participation
- Programme : two freely chosen a-capella pieces, one piece that the choir already performed and new piece that the choir never performed.
- Those two pieces must be confirmed by the Artistic Committee.
- Actual singing time maximum 8 minutes.
